QR Authenticity
Welcome to Infinoty.com’s authenticity page. We are passionate about our products and about the talented people who make them. In order to protect both our creators/suppliers and our customers we have developed our own authenticity tags which ensure that the products that you receive are sourced originally and are handmade.
Please check below for the supplier code (found by scanning the second QR on your Infinoty tag). Once located click on the relevant number link and where possible you will be guided to a short message from the artist, artisan, designer, or team who created the product. The message may be in pictorial, video or even in written format.
Please note every endeavour is made to source a digital message from the original designers/artists but in some circumstances this is impossible This may be due to remote location and/or lack of communication networking or technological availability. Where this is so, we will let you know and will do our utmost to outline the history and origin of the product. Additionally in some instances there may be a link in the chain, this occurs where products are sourced from original artists and then improvements and/or alterations are made.
