This throw is named for the legendary founder of the Northern Ndebele tribe formerly known as the Matabele. Steeped in African culture the vibrant traditional colours and patterns are constructed in a super-soft 100% acrylic material that is not only beautiful to the touch but extremely practical. Warm and soft to the hand and eye they add vibrancy and character to any room.

Mud cloth also known as as “Bogolanfini” in the Bambara language of Mali literally means “mud with cloth ”. Traditionally made by men the fabric is intricately and carefully painted in patterns containing complex meaning.
